Your order will be shipped within 24h hours after you have placed your order and you will receive your package within 5 working days from shipping. Each package includes:

- A Care Card, Offering guidance on how to preserve your piece
- A Meaning Card, revealing the soul of your piece - its symbolism and meaning behind each colour, stone and material and the message it was created to carry
- A Postcard of Florence The base of Saint Eugenie from where your orders are shipped. On its reverse, you will find a handwritten note of gratitude. A small token of our appreciation intentionally written for you.
Some of our creations will be packed in handmade wax pouches crafted in the Gambia and others in natural, luxurious boxes.

Every creation is handmade - in our studio in Florence (Italy) or by our artisans in Africa (silver pieces and charms) and therefore may bear small natural imperfections, marks of their making and silent reminders of human touch and soul
