Delivery Charges and Times
Please note that orders are shipped 72 hours (working days) after an order has been placed.
For customers located in Italy, we offer express shipping at a cost of €15. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before midday will be processed and shipped the following day.
For international customers, including those in Europe, the USA, and other regions worldwide, we only propose one option, DHL express which incurs a delivery charge of €35 (Europe) and of €45 for other destinations. Customers can expect to get their packages delivered within 2 to 3 working days after shipping.
International Shipping Considerations
It is important to note that orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU) may be subject to additional taxes, import duties, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product prices or delivery charges and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery.
