Delivery Charges and Times

For customers located in Italy, we offer express shipping at a cost of €9. Orders placed from Monday to Friday before midday will be processed and shipped the following day. Customers can expect to receive their orders within 2 to 3 working days.

For international customers, including those in Europe, the USA, and other regions worldwide, we provide two shipping options. The first option is DHL, which incurs a delivery charge of €40 and typically delivers within 3 to 5 working days. The second option is International tracked shipping via Poste Italiane, which costs €25 and may take up to 14 days for delivery.

International Shipping Considerations

It is important to note that orders shipped outside of the European Union (EU) may be subject to additional taxes, import duties, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product prices or delivery charges and are the responsibility of the customer to pay upon delivery.
